NYT Best Illustrated Books 2009

Since 1952 The Book Review has selected a list of the 10 best illustrated books of the year. This year the judging panel consisted of Adam Gopnik, children’s book author and regular contributor to the New Yoker, Jillian Tamaki, teacher at the  School of Visual Arts and Lisa Von Drasek, the librarian at the Bank Street College of Education. See if you agree with the selections below and of course all books can be found in the Lizard’s Tale!
